There are three warranties that protect you. A manufacturer's warranty shown below and each dealer in the Dekmax network warranties their work from one to five years. In addition we are here for you; we stand behind our products and dealers.
It is very rare to have any problems after installation but don't hesitate to contact us.
Duradek "Ultra" 10-Year Membrane Warranty.
Duradek guarantees to repair or replace any portion of the Duradek "Ultra" 60-mil vinyl decking membrane which leaks as a result of a manufacturing defect within ten years from the date of its installation.
Duradek 5-Year Membrane Warranty
Limited 20-Year Durarail Residential Warranty
Durarail carries a two-part warranty on its fence and rail systems.
The aluminum structure will not corrode, nor will any of its components, including the welds or connections break under normal use conditions for twenty (20) years.
The powder coated finish will not peel, flake, blister or crack for ten (10) years.

14 years ago when building my home in South Jordan, Utah, I was looking for a product to cover two second-floor outside decks. I found the Duradek product through a building magazine and convinced my general to use it. The alternatives were expensive and had short life spans of 5 to 8 years in Utah’s demanding climates. It has now been almost 14 years and the product has worn like iron with some color fading but no tears, rips or worn down spots and it still fends off the snow and rain like it did when it was originally installed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to cover outside decking for a finished look that holds up to the Utah climate changes.
