They are trained in waterproofing techniques and building codes to ensure you are getting the best quality installation available. For this reason we are able to offer the industries best warranty. Home owners are welcome to attend our training course and you will better understand the products as well as why you want a professional to install it.

A sidewalk broom brushed back and forth should be plenty. Duradek makes a cleaner that works very well, available at Dekmax. Be sure not to let any chemicals sit on the vinyl surface and to rinse well with fresh water. See the back side of the warranty card for cleaning recommendations.

- 4. How much does Duradek cost?
- There are a number of different thickness', patterns and textures to chose from. You will have to contact your nearest Dealer to get an estimate. dealer listings, or call 1-801-390-9600.
- 5. How long will my Duradek deck last?
- With proper care and cleaning your deck could last up to 15-20 years. This estimate is based on existing work done with the Duradek membrane in the Salt Lake Valley.
- 6. How long before I can use my deck?
- Installations can be done under a wide variety of weather conditions. From below freezing to very hot direct sun and can be used immediately.
- 7. Will my deck be slippery?
- The raised surface will increase the slip resistance as well as prevent injuries due to wood slivers or raised nail heads.

Customer Testimonials
14 years ago when building my home in South Jordan, Utah, I was looking for a product to cover two second-floor outside decks. I found the Duradek product through a building magazine and convinced my general to use it. The alternatives were expensive and had short life spans of 5 to 8 years in Utah’s demanding climates. It has now been almost 14 years and the product has worn like iron with some color fading but no tears, rips or worn down spots and it still fends off the snow and rain like it did when it was originally installed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to cover outside decking for a finished look that holds up to the Utah climate changes.
