At Dekmax, we manage the dealer network and provide them with some simple guidelines for residential customers.
- Submit your estimate in writing to the customer within one business day of inspecting the job site.
- Detail the estimates so the customer can see exactly what they are paying for.
- Upon acceptance of the estimate work is to be scheduled and completed within two weeks.
- Provide Dekmax names and address of each customer so visits can be scheduled and warranty information can be recorded.
Our dealers are all reputable established companies throughout Utah and Southern Idaho. Some, like American Roofing Company are capable of handling both residential and commercial work. There are also some more specialized general contactors like Lonepeak Contracting or Park City Remodeling. Others like Accent Construction & Roofing and Beckstrom Roofing have several years of experience on new construction projects like McArthur Homes and Woodside Homes as well as existing homes. Also included are deck builders like MBL Construction and “the Deck Specialist”. For our customers in southern Idaho Upson Company.
