Dekmax manages and maintains a dealer network throughout the state of Utah. Each dealer / applicator participates in a two day training course (at no cost) to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction. Tools and specialty equipment are available to new dealers for a daily rental fee.
Homeowners that are interested in the "do it yourself" approach are also welcome to attend the course. We only sell Duradek and Durarail products to those that have completed the training course. If you are curious about the procedures and would like to simply gather more information, you are welcome to attend as well - please call in advance so we can ensure you are able to attend the portion that best suits your needs.
The dealer process is a multi-step process from an initial introduction to the products through to installation training. Once you are on the road selling the products, we continue to build our relationship with you through our sales and marketing support and our tech support.
